Molly Gray
Molly Gray is a clinical social worker at the Amethyst Center for Healing, where she first joined the team as an administrative assistant before earning her MSW from the University of Montana and stepping into clinical practice. Her work is grounded in a warm, person-centered approach that blends trauma-informed care and strengths-based modalities, with a healthy dose of humor and humanity.
Molly’s clinical style is collaborative and relational. She believes healing happens in spaces where people feel understood, empowered, and unjudged. She integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness to support clients in reconnecting with their stories, bodies, and sense of agency.
With extensive experience in crisis intervention, family systems, and supporting individuals navigating complex life transitions, Molly brings curiosity and compassion to her work. She sees therapy as both a place for deep transformation and a place where it’s okay to laugh and be human
Outside the therapy room, Molly can be found whipping up something tasty in the kitchen, taking on the great outdoors (usually on skis or a bike), playing with her cat Root, and seeking out all kinds of live music.
