Chris is the human resources guru at Amethyst Center for Healing and manager at My Aunties’ House.
You’d be hard-pressed to find another guy like Chris—a man emboldened with bravery while still softened with compassion.

Jay is a Clinical Social Worker at Amethyst Center for Healing that completed their Bachelors of Psychology at Westminster College and Masters of Social Work at University of Utah. She uses client-centered, holistic approaches to incorporate and support her clients’ cultural, spiritual, and lifestyle beliefs into an individualized treatment plan.

Marketing Intern

Evan is a marketing intern at Amethyst Center for Healing. He is currently a senior at Hunter High school in West Valley City, Utah. Evan is a mail running master and is contributing to the branding, marketing, social media, and videography for Amethyst. When he’s not at amethyst being super cool, you can find him bowling his heart out or being super awesome on the football field.

Tobbie Sanchez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Amethyst Center For Healing that graduated from the University of Utah College of Social Work. She specializes in EMDR, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, adolescents, sexual violence recovery, and positive psych.

Tina Groves is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Amethyst Center for Healing. She is a member of the Ute Indian Tribe and a descendent of the Hopi Tribe who loves attending powwows, community events, movies, concerts and the occasional piece of frybread.

Cassie is trained in EMDR therapy and other healing modalities and has a passion for working with those who have experienced trauma and domestic violence. She is also passionate about women’s issues and has a particular interest in helping women heal their relationships with their bodies.

Lexi Nouri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Amethyst Center for Healing who completed her Bachelor’s of Social Work at the University of Utah and her Master’s of Social Work at the University of Southern California. She is highly interested in and specializes in all things domestic violence.

Her work is grounded in a warm, person-centered approach that blends trauma-informed care and strengths-based modalities, with a healthy dose of humor and humanity.
